Eilaa ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Eilaa mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In).
Skin Profile Data: Information you provide during onboarding including skin type, skin concerns, goals, age range, and gender. This data is used solely to personalize your experience.
Product Data: Skincare products you add to the app, including product names, brands, categories, and usage patterns.
Photos: If you use AI skin analysis, photos are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after analysis is complete. Progress photos you choose to save are stored securely on your device and optionally in Firebase Storage.
Usage Data: Routine check-ins, streak data, and app interaction patterns to improve your experience.

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove all your personal data, including skin profiles, product data, analysis history, and photos within 30 days.

Eilaa is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
