Welcome to Eilaa. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Eilaa, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Eilaa is a skincare management app that helps you track products, build routines, and access AI-powered skin analysis. The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Eilaa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. AI skin analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dermatological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for skin health concerns.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Eilaa.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Eilaa offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Eilaa (product lists, routines, photos). By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and data to provide the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Share your account with others
• Abuse the AI features (e.g., uploading non-face images for analysis)

8. Intellectual Property

Eilaa, its logo, design, and code are the property of Eilaa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eilaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions from following AI recommendations. Always patch-test new products and consult a dermatologist.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eilaa operates.
